How do I make a booking? This booking form is just the first phase of preparing for your holiday. Fill in the form and submit it. We will then contact you directly to finalise your booking and confirm reservations and prices. Only then will we ask for a deposit. Reservations Once your reservation is confirmed we will require a 25% deposit to be made by credit card. Please read carefully our cancellation terms. General All rates are quoted in Euros. All rates are quote per apartment per day. Breakfast is available at extra charge if pre-booked. Room rates include free use of swimming pool, deck chairs, parasols and towels. All rates include service charge, local taxes as well as VAT. The management cannot guarantee a particular room but will always, should it be necessary to make a change from your confirmed reservation, endeavour to make any alterations within the same category of accommodation. Rooms All rooms have a balcony or terrace and seaview. Rooms come fully equipped with the necessary items that you will need for your holiday. For a full inventory please contact reception. Payment: Credit Cards - We accept payment with internationally recognised credit cards being American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Euro/Mastercard, and Access. Cheques - Personal cheques are only acceptable with prior arrangement with the management. Cancellation 3 nights cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation, guaranteed by credit card, prepayment or in writing - is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.   Early Departures In high season full stay will be charged for early departures as of departure date. No-Show 3 nights (per above rates) will be charged for no-shows. In high season the full stay will be charged. Deposit A deposit of 25% of your room rate charge is required to confirm your reservation.
